Ingredients For rice cooker hamburger potato soup

2 lblean ground beef, cooked and drained well

1/2 mdyellow onion, chopped fine

2 mdcarrots, diced

1 smcelery stalk, diced

4 canbeef broth
-
16 ozwater, cold
-
1-2 Tbspbeef bouillon granules or to taste

6 lgpotatoes, peeled and cubed
-
1/2 ptmilk or cream
-
1 lbvelveeta, cubed
-
12 canevaporated milk
How To Make rice cooker hamburger potato soup

1In a skillet, brown ground beef, onion, celery and carrots until vegetables are tender and beef is no longer pink. Drain off the fat. Then add the mixture to the rice cooker. Add the beef broth, beef bouillon, potatoes and water. Set machine to white rice and cook till machine shuts off. Potatoes should be tender, if not let the pot cool slightly and reset machine and cook until vegetables are tender.

2Reset rice cooker to white rice, then add the remaining ingredients. Stir well until soup comes to a boil and begins to thicken. Serve immediately.
