Ingredients For reuben meatloaf

1egg, beaten
-
1 csoft rye bread crumbs

1/2 cchopped onion

1/4 crussian dressing
-
1/4 csweet pickled relish

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 1/2 lbchopped beef
-
8 ozsauerkraut
-
1 cshredded swiss cheese
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 tspblack pepper
How To Make reuben meatloaf

1Combine egg, onion, relish, salad dressing, worcestershire and 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper and ground beef. Mix well.

2On wax paper, pat to 12x8 inch rectangle; top with sauerkraut and 3/4 cup swiss cheese.

3Roll meat jelly roll style; beginning with short end. Press ends to seal.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake until melted.
