Ingredients For red flannel hash

1 can1 lb julienne beets

2 can1 lb ea. corned beef hash

1 Tbspinstant minced onions
How To Make red flannel hash

1Drain beets and dry between paper towels, Mix drained beets with other ingredients, tearing hash apart with a fork

2Form into 8 thick patties

3sautee slowly , turning only once until crusty brown in a large frying pan. ( no need to add any fat )

4Serve hot with catsup or mustard if you wish
