- FOR MEATBALLS:

1 canevaporated milk

2 lbground beef

2 cquick oats

2 lgeggs

1 conion (chopped)

2 tspchili powder

2 tspgarlic salt

1/2 tsppepper
- FOR SAUCE:

2 cketchup

1 1/2 cbrown sugar (i use br. sugar splenda)

2 tspliquid smoke

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 conion (chopped)
How To Make recipe of the month "meatballs" for october 2011

1MEATBALLS: Combine all ingredients, mix well. Shape into balls. Place in baking dish in single layer.

2SAUCE: Mix all ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
