Ingredients For rachel rays sloppy joes

1 Tbspevoo

1 1/4 lbgd. beef sirloin

1/4 cbrown sugar

1 Tbspmontreal steak seasoning (mccormick)

1 mdchopped onion

1 smchopped red pepper (don't always use)

1 Tbspred wine vinegar
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

2 ctomato sauce

2 Tbsptomato paste
How To Make rachel rays sloppy joes

1Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add oil and meat to the pan. Spread the meat around and start to break it up.

2Combine brown sugar and Montreal seasoning. Add surgar and spice mixture to the skillet and combine. Reduce heat to medium and cook onions, peppers, red wine vinegar and worcestershire sauce with meat for 5 minutes.

3Add tomato sauce and paste to pan. Stir to combine. Reduce heat to simmer and cook sloppy joe mixture 5 minutes longer.

4***I personally brown my meat before I start to add everything else. And I also let it simmer for about an hour.
