Ingredients For quick hamgurger and potato casserole

2 2/3 cinstant mashed potatoes

1 1/2 csour cream
-
1 cwater
-
1 lblean ground beef
-
3 Tbspchopped onion or 1 t. dried minced onion

1 can(15oz) tomato sauce
-
1 can(12oz) mexican corn (undrained)in any veggie aisle

1 tspsalt
-
1/4-1/2 tsppepper
-
1/8 tsporegano
-
1/2 cdiced american or chedder cheese.(more if you like)
How To Make quick hamgurger and potato casserole

1In a ungreased 9"x13" baking dish,blend potato flakes with sour cream and 1/2 cup of water. (mixture should be crumbly) If not add more potato flakes.

2Pat firmly into bottom of pan. Brown beef(with onions,if using). Add dried onion(if not using fresh),remaining1/2 cup water,tomato sauce,corn,salt,pepper and oregano.

3Spoon beef mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes.
