Ingredients For quick and easy taco casserole

1 lbhamburger meat, or ground turkey

1 cangreen chiles, small

1 cancream of mushroom soup, undiluted

1 cancream of chicken soup, undiluted

1 pkgcorn chips or tortilla chips

1 pkgshredded cheese 8 ounce
-
1 canblack olives, chopped, optional
-
1 canmushroom pieces, optional
-
1 smdiced onion, optional
How To Make quick and easy taco casserole

1Brown and drain meat. Add both cans of soup, green chiles and onion, mushrooms,olives (if you like them). Heat through...maybe 5 minutes

2Crush bag of chips.

3Layer in 9x13 baking pan. Sauce,chips, cheese, repeat until out of ingredients.

4Bake at 350 for approx. 30 minutes...Serve with your favorite mexican sides.

5Can be prepared ahead, or even frozen before or after baking for a quick freezer meal
