Ingredients For quick and easy pizza rolls.

1 lbground beef

1/2 cchopped green peppers

14 cchopped green onions

1 can( 8 oz ) tamato sauce

1 can( 6 oz ) tomato paste

1/4 cwater
-
1garlic clove minced
-
1 tspsugar
-
1 tspitalian seasoning
-
salt and pepper to taste

6italin sub rolls or french rolls

3/4 cshredded cheddar cheese
-
3/4 cshredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make quick and easy pizza rolls.

1In a large skillet, cook the beef, green peppers, and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. and drain.

2Add the tomato sauce and tomato paste, water, garlic, sugar, Italian seasoning and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, or until heated through.

3Cut 1/2" off the top of each roll, set aside. Carefully hollow out the roll leaving 1/4" on the sides and bottom. Fill each roll with 1/2 cup of the meat mixture , sprinkle with cheese, and replace the tops.

4Place sandwiches on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or until heated through.

5You can freeze remaning sandwiches by individually wraping them tightly in foil, and can be frozen up to 3 months. To use after freezing, thaw in the refrigerator over night. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Place foil wraped sandwiches on a baking sheet . Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
