2sweet italian turkey sausage links

1/2 lb93/7 or leaner ground beef

215 oz cans diced tomatoes w/oregano, basil, and garlic, no salt added

3 clovegarlic, minced

1/2 csweet onion, diced finely

2 Tbsptomato paste, no salt added

1/2 tspdried sweet basil

1/2 tspdried italian seasoning

4mushrooms sliced

3 ccooked pasta

parmesan or mozzarella cheese
How To Make rigatoni and sauce reduced fat

1Cook pasta according to package directions.

2Place garlic and onion in skillet, add beef and remove sausage from casing and add to skillet. Cook till meat is almost done, add canned tomatoes and paste, Italian seasoning and basil. Simmer for about 15 min. Add mushrooms and simmer another 5 min.

3Mix pasta with meat sauce. Garnish with mozzarella or Parmesan cheese.
