I call this Quarantine Goulash because I invented it when I couldn't get to the store. I wanted to see what I could do with the ingredients I had on hand.

Ingredients For quarantine goulash

1 lbground chuck
-
2 cegg noodles, cooked
-
1 mdonion, chopped fine or 1 tablespoon minced onion
-
1/4 tspgarlic powder or 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
-
1 can(10 oz.) mild rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies
-
1 or 2 tspworcestershire sauce
-
salt and pepper to taste
-
10 ozwater
How To Make quarantine goulash

1In a large deep skillet brown the meat until no longer pink. Add the onion, garlic, and seasonings. Mix well.

2Add noodles to a large pot of boiling water and cook, uncovered, about 10 minutes. Drain.

3Combine the tomatoes & chilies with the meat mixture. Add one can water and cooked noodles. Mix thoroughly.

4Simmer over medium heat until heated through. Serve while hot.
