Couldn’t decide what to make for dinner, so I tried my hand at this and it turned out so good, had to share

Ingredients For puff pastry pizza bowls

  • 1 pkg
    puff pastry sheet, thawed
  • 24 slice
    pepperoni
  • 8 tsp
    diced cooked bacon
  • 8 Tbsp
    mozzarella cheese
  • 4 Tbsp
    pizza sauce
  • 8 Tbsp
    cooked and crumbled hamburger
  • 4 tsp
    sharp cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil, extra virgin
  • italian seasoning
  • preheat the oven to 450*

How To Make puff pastry pizza bowls

    Cook hamburger and season with salt and pepper, drain sat aside
  • 2
    Cut bacon into small pieces and cook till crisp, set aside
  • 3
    Take thawed puff pastry And unroll on lightly floured surface, roll out about another inch in size, cut into 4 equal pieces

    Using a large muffin pan, spray 4 holes and place a piece of pastry centered and pressed down into pan

    Take pepperoni and place 5 pieces on the outside of hole and one piece on the bottom

    Add bacon then mozzarella cheese, sauce, hamburger, sauce
  • 7
    Using your index fingers, shape hanging dough like a pie shell all the way around and add cheddar cheese in center and add a couple of extra bacon, push dough slightly into center

    Take mixture of Italian seasoning or pizza seasoning with olive oil and brush around edges, bake till brown
