8 slicebacon

2 cpenne pasta

How To Make pressure cooker swedish meatballs

1Turn pressure cooker on to saute. Cook bacon. Remove and dice up. Add butter & olive oil. Saute onions and mushrooms. Add bacon back in.

2Add penne pasta, beef broth, soup, meatballs. Stir to combine. Set to pressure cook for 8 minutes.

3Release pressure. Add sour cream. Stir to combine. Add seasonings, salt & pepper to taste.

4Serve with garlic bread and salad.
