Ingredients For pressure cooker swedish meatballs

  • 1 bag
    frozen italian meatballs
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    mushrooms
  • 1
    diced onion
  • 8 slice
    bacon
  • 5 c
    beef broth
  • 2 c
    penne pasta
  • 1
    16 oz sour cream
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • italian seasonings to taste

How To Make pressure cooker swedish meatballs

  • 1
    Turn pressure cooker on to saute. Cook bacon. Remove and dice up. Add butter & olive oil. Saute onions and mushrooms. Add bacon back in.

    Add penne pasta, beef broth, soup, meatballs. Stir to combine. Set to pressure cook for 8 minutes.

    Release pressure. Add sour cream. Stir to combine. Add seasonings, salt & pepper to taste.

    Serve with garlic bread and salad.
