I always have left over potato. Plus i freeze ground beef when i make chili, so i combine them together to make this hearty meal. Plus its quick and easy.. Great recipes to make for breakfast all you have to do is add eggs and cheese.

Ingredients For potato & beef pocket

1 ccooked sliced potatoes

1 cgrounds beef
-
1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1 tspgarlic
-
salt and pepper

1 canrefrigerated butermilk biscuits
How To Make potato & beef pocket

1Preheat the oven to 375 f.

2In a small skillet add oil, garlic, potaotes and beef. Cook until well blended. Add cheese , and set aside.

3Meanwhile spread your biscuit in to a nice circle.

4Place mixture in the biscuit circle and close tight with fork.

5Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with salsa.
