Ingredients For porcupins (meat balls)

  • 1lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    uncooked rice
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onoin
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1-15oz can
    tomato sauce, reduced sodium
  • 1/4 tsp
    celery salt
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce

How To Make porcupins (meat balls)

    preheat oven to 350.mix all ingredients together and make into balls(as big or small as you like)bake until done.

    i use tomatoe juice and pour it over the balls before they go in the oven
