Ingredients For porcupine meat balls

  • 1 lb
    hamburger
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c
    minute rice
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 can
    crean of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    cooking oil

How To Make porcupine meat balls

  • 1
    mix all ingreadients (EXCEPT SOUP AND MILK) make golf size balls out of the mix.
  • 2
    heat oil in the frying pan, put balls in the hot oil brown on all sides.

    mix soup and milk stir good pour over meatballs let simmer for 10 mins in the frying pan then place in cassarole dish.
  • 4
    bake @ 350 for 1 hour stir once 1/2 way though the baking time. injoy
