Ingredients For porcupine meat balls

1 lbhamburger

1/4 to 1/2 cminute rice

2eggs

1 Tbspsalt

1/2 tsppepper

1 cancrean of mushroom soup

1/4 cmilk

1 Tbspcooking oil
How To Make porcupine meat balls

1mix all ingreadients (EXCEPT SOUP AND MILK) make golf size balls out of the mix.

2heat oil in the frying pan, put balls in the hot oil brown on all sides.

3mix soup and milk stir good pour over meatballs let simmer for 10 mins in the frying pan then place in cassarole dish.

4bake @ 350 for 1 hour stir once 1/2 way though the baking time. injoy
