1 lbground beef

1 pkgbroccoli, frozen, thawed

1 cmozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 conion, chopped

1/2 csour cream
-
1/4 tspsalt & pepper
-
2 canpillsbury crescent rolls

1 lgegg, beaten
-
poppy seeds
How To Make poor man's beef wellington

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2In medium skillet, brown meat; drain well. Add broccoli, cheese, onion, sour cream, salt & pepper; mix well. Simmer 10 minutes.

3Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. On ungreased cookie sheet, overlap long sides of 2 rectangles 1/2". Firmly press edges & perforations to seal.

4Press or roll to form a 13 x 7" rectangle. Spoon 1/2 of mixture onto dough lengthwise. Bring long edges of dough rectangle over filling, overlapping edges slightly; pinch edge & ends to seal. Repeat with remaining dough.

5Brush with egg; sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake for 18 - 22 minutes or until deep golden brown.
