How To Make poodle's green pepper casserole

    Mince a handful of baby carrots in the food processor. Seed and chop four green bell peppers. Place in large bowl and microwave til tender. Make 3 cups of Minute Rice. Chop and sautee in olive oil one onion along with a pound of ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. Add one large can of tomato paste, 3/4 can of water, 2 tablespoons of Worchestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons of curry powder and a large squirt of catsup. Stir together with the meat and cook til heated through. Add the rice to the bowl of veggies and the meat mixture. Stir well and turn into a large baking dish. Drizzle with catsup and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or til sizzling.
