Ingredients For pirate steak

  • 1 can
    beer
  • 1/2 c
    chili sauce
  • 1/4 c
    salad oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper sauce
  • 1/8 tsp
    liquid smoke flavoring
  • 1/2 c
    coarsely chopped onion
  • 2 clove
    garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 3 lb
    bef sirloin steak, 1 1/2-2 inches thick

How To Make pirate steak

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients except steak, salt, pepper; simmer 30 minutes. Brush meat with sauce.

    Place steak on grill 4 inches from medium coals. Cook 15 minutes on each side, basting with sauce frequently. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with remaining sauce.
