Good old favorite combined into a casserole. Ive had this recipe for 30 years now. A dear friend who is passed away now gave it to me and its been a family favorite, its sure to be a favorite at your home too

Ingredients For pinto bean casserole

  • 2 can
    pinto beans
  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lg
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • dash of black pepper

How To Make pinto bean casserole

  • 1
    Use your favorite corn bread recipe, Brown meat and onion, drain off any grease. add other ingredients and mix well, Top with corn bread mixture.

    Bake at 350 until corn bread is done and top is brown
