Ingredients For pico de gallo meatloaf

2 lbground beef
-
2eggs
-
1/4 ctaco sauce (taco bell)

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

2 tspsouthwest seasoning mix

2 tspgranulated garlic

1 tspgranulated onion
-
1 tspblack pepper
-
1 tspcumin
-
1 tspmexican oregano
-
1roma tomato
-
1/2 smonion
-
1jalapeno
How To Make pico de gallo meatloaf

1Mix all ingredients together. Pat into a log and place in a baking dish.

2Pour some taco sauce on top and brush over meatloaf. Bake 375° for 1 hr. & 15 min or till meat is up to temp. Continue adding taco sauce on top every 30 min while it cooks.
