Ingredients For picadillo

1 lbhamburger must be 80/20 or better (can also use ground turkey)

1/4 ctomato sauce

1/2 craisins
-
1/2 cchopped green pepper (bell pepper)

2 pinchoregano, dried
-
1whole bay leaf
-
1/2 tspcumin
-
1 Tbspwhite vinegar
-
1medium spanish onion (chopped)
-
1/2 cgreen sliced olives
-
1medium tomato (chopped)
-
1 Tbsppowered garlic or 2 cloves (minced)

1 Tbspoiive oil
-
salt to taste
-
black beans to top your picadillo

1 canblack beans
-
1 Tbspolive oil
-
1/2sliced green pepper
-
1/2spanish onion sliced (like onion rings look)

1/2 tspcumin

1 Tbspgarlic minced
How To Make picadillo

1Dice up onion, green pepper,and tomato's put in pan with 1 Tablespoon olive oil. when tender, add oregano,cumin tomato sauce bay leaf and stir well.

2Put heat on high and add hamburger as meat browns add raisins,olives,and cook until meat is done,(DO NOT STOP STIRRING)

3When meat is cooked add vineger. I serve mine with white rice and black beans.
