Ingredients For picadillo

1 1/2 lbground beef

4 smdiced red potatoes

1/2 mddiced onion

1/4 cdiced green pepper

1 candiced tomatoes and green chilies

1 candiced tomatoes drained

1 tspsalt

1/2 tspblack pepper

1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
2 Tbspchili powder

1/8 tspcayenne pepper optional

flour tortillas
-
cheddar cheese
How To Make picadillo

1Crumble and fry ground beef with potatoes, onions and green peppers. When beef is no longer pink drain off fat.

2Add meat mixture back to pan and add next 7 ingredients. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.

3Place meat in flour tortilla add cheese roll up and enjoy. We also will add sour cream or avocados. What ever you like!
