  • 1 lb
    ground beed
  • 1/2 lb
    ground pork
  • 1 md
    onion diced
  • 1 md
    green pepper diced
  • 8 oz
    mushrooms small dice
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2/3 c
    beef broth
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 8 oz
    provolone cheese slices
  • buns

How To Make philly cheese steak sloppy joes

    Brown the ground beef and ground pork in a large skillet. drain and set aside. Add the onion, green pepper, mushrooms and garlic to the same pan. Cook until veggies are browned and softened and the mushrooms have given up there moisture. Add the salt and pepper. Add the meat back to the pan. Mix the beef broth with the cornstarch. Add to the pan and bring to a boil. Stir in the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat
