2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1/2 cshredded parmesan cheese

1/2 cshredded swiss cheese

- FOR THE CHEESE SAUCE

2 Tbspbutter
-
1 Tbspflour
-
1 cmilk
-
1 cswiss cheese shredded

1/2 ccheddar cheese shredded

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make philly cheese steak meatballs

1Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Mix all the ingredients for meatballs together and roll into 1 inch balls. Place a large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake until done about 30 minutes.

2Meanwhile make the cheese sauce. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Stir in the flour. Add the milk and cook 3 minutes. Add the cheeses and cook until melted. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

3Spoon the sauce over the meatballs to serve.
