Found this all American classic grilled cheese with a Yummy twist! Or is it a twist on the classic Philly sandwich? Which ever it is it's simple and delish! Great for a lunch or big enough for a meal. A side of fries and you are good to go!

Ingredients For philly cheese steak grilled cheese sandwich

2 slicefrench bread, about 1/2-inch thick

1 Tbspbutter, room temperature

2 sliceroast beef, from the deli or as much as you like

1/2 smonion (sliced) or to taste

1/4 smred bell pepper (sliced) or to taste

2 sliceswiss cheese, or to taste
How To Make philly cheese steak grilled cheese sandwich

1Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onion and saute until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Add the bell pepper and saute until tender, about 5 minutes.

2Butter one side of each slice of bread. Make sure to put one piece of cheese on top of everything and one on the bottom, under the meat. Assemble sandwich and grill both sides in skillet until golden brown and the cheese has melted, about 2-4 minutes per side.
