Ingredients For pepper steak

1 lb. boneless beef sirloin tip, cut in 1/4" thick slices

1/4 cup chopped onion
-
1 clove garlic, minced

2 tbsp. oil
-
1 cup hot water
-
1 t. instant beef bouillon granules
-
1 medium green pepper
-
1 can tomatoes (16 oz)
-
2 tbsp. cornstarch
-
2 tbsp. soy sauce
-
hot cooked noodles
How To Make pepper steak

1Cook meat, onion and garlic until meat is browned in hot oil. Sprinkle with 1/2 t. salt and dash pepper.

2Add hot water and bouillon, cover, simmer until meat is almost tender, 30 to 35 minutes

3Slice green pepper into rings. Add green pepper and tomatoes to meat. Cook 10 minutes.

4Blend cornstarch, soy and 1/4 cup cold water. Stir into meat mixture. Cook and stir until thick. Serve over noodles. Serves 4 Source: My Old Recipes
