Ingredients For pea stew

2 lbpeas, frozen or fresh

2carrots sliced

1-1 1/2 lbchicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces

1onions minced
-
3 Tbspbutter
-
1 can8 oz can tomato paste
-
salt, pepper & allspice to taste

1 cwater
How To Make pea stew

1Saute chicken & onions in the butter until slightly golden.

2Add the water, seasonings, peas & tomatoe sauce.

3Cover & simmer for 45 minutes or until chicken & peas are tender.

4Serve over white rice.
