Ingredients For pea stew

  • 2 lb
    peas, frozen or fresh
  • 2
    carrots sliced
  • 1-1 1/2 lb
    chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1
    onions minced
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 can
    8 oz can tomato paste
  • salt, pepper & allspice to taste
  • 1 c
    water

How To Make pea stew

  • 1
    Saute chicken & onions in the butter until slightly golden.
  • 2
    Add the water, seasonings, peas & tomatoe sauce.
  • 3
    Cover & simmer for 45 minutes or until chicken & peas are tender.
  • 4
    Serve over white rice.
