    bread crumbs
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped onions
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    sage
  • sauce:
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    ketchup or chili sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 tsp
    mustard powder

How To Make pain de viande (meatloaf)

    Soak the breadcrumbs in the milk for about 20 minutes.

    Add remaining meat preparation and then mix well.
