Ingredients For oven porcupines

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    uncooked regular rice
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/3
    chopped onion
  • tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 can
    15 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 c
    water
  • 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce

How To Make oven porcupines

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350. Mix meat, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, salts, garlic powder and pepper. Shape mixture by rounded Tbsp. into balls. Place meatballs in ungreased 8 inch baking dish.

    Stir together remaining ingredients; pour over meatballs. Cover with aluminum foil; bake 45 minutes. Uncover, bake another 15 minutes.
