Was playing around with a new kind of hamburg and created this. The toppings are on the inside. Its all the rage now, but oh well. This is my version. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients For outside in burgers

  • 2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 4 Tbsp
    italian dressing
  • 1/4 c
    italian bread crumbs
  • 2 slice
    cooked, chopped bacon
  • 1/4 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced onion

How To Make outside in burgers

  • 1
    In large bowl, mix together the beef, the dressing, minced onion and the bread crumbs. Mix with hands. Split the meat into four equal sized balls
  • 2
    Take one of the balls of meat and split the ball in half. Place in the middle, 2 pieces of bacon and a pinch of shredded cheese. Close ball and flatten out, pinching the edges together, to seal things in. Since these are so thick, put a thumb dent in the middle to keep from changing size.

    Preheat George Foreman Grill. Place hamburgers on for 6 minutes. OR Cook for at least 20 minutes, to be sure they are cooked all the way through.
