A family favorite and most requested for Sunday Dinners. The combination of beef, veal and pork make for a very tasty meal. The seasonings will leave you asking for more helpings of this. IF and that's a big IF there is any leftover, try making some Meatloaf Sandwiches. Put a little Coleslaw on top and then add your bun. You can use hamburger bun or just regular loaf bread for sandwiches.

Ingredients For our family's favorite meatloaf

1/2 lbground beef

1/2 lbground veal

1/2 lbground pork

2 cfresh bread crumbs, cubed

1 cmilk

1egg, beaten
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1/4 cminced onion

1 1/4 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspfreshly ground pepper

1/4 tspdry mustard
-
1/4 tspdried sage
-
1/4 tspcelery salt

1/4 tspgarlic salt

3 Tbspketchup
How To Make our family's favorite meatloaf

1Heat oven to 350. Spray 9x5" loaf pan with cooking spray.

2In large bowl, combine beef, veal, pork and bread cubes; mix well. In another large bowl, combine milk, egg and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Pour milk mixture into beef mixture; mix well.

3In small bowl, combine onion, salt, pepper, mustard, sage, celery salt and garlic salt; mix well. Stir into meat mixture.

4Form mixture into loaf pan; drizzle with ketchup. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160 degrees.
