I make this quite often for company and I NEVER have left overs. People not only go back for seconds, but thirds too. It's very simple and tastes like you really worked hard. I pair this with my Sesame-Ginger Rice that is also posted here. Enjoy!

Ingredients For oriental grilled flank steak

1 1/2 lbflank steak

1/4 cgreen onions, sliced

2 Tbspsesame seed, toasted

3/4 cbarbeque sauce

1garlic clove, minced
-
1/4 csoy sauce
-
1/4 tspground ginger
How To Make oriental grilled flank steak

1Score steak on both sides.

2Place in a ziploc gal. bag and pour combined ingredients over steak.

3Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight, turning once.

4Remove steak from marinade and discard marinade. Pre-heat grill to med-high.

5Grill 15 to 20 minutes or until desired doneness. Slice diagonally on the grain, into 1/4" thick strips. Serve over Sesame Ginger Rice.
