These tender beef bites are so yummy alone or you could serve them w/ rice, which is what I do sometimes. Sometimes I serve them in lettuce cups as a nice lunch.

Ingredients For oriental beef bites

2 Tbspsesame oil

1 Tbsprice vinegar

1minced green onion
-
1 tspminced garlic
-
2 tsphoisin sauce
-
1/4 tspchili garlic sauce, found in the asian aisle in the market.

1 lbbeef tenderloin, cut into cubes

1/4 clite teriyaki sauce

1 tspsesame seeds
How To Make oriental beef bites

1In a bowl, whisk together sesame oil, vinegar, green onion, garlic, hoisin sauce and chili sauce. Add beef cubes to sauce and toss to coat. Cover, marinate 10 mins.

2Heat broiler. Place oven rack 6" from heat. Line a baking sheet w/ foil and lightly spray w/ cooking spray. Spread beef cubes onto baking sheet.

3Bake until beef is no longer pink, but not charred, about 10 mins. Transfer beef to bowl and toss w/ teriyaki sauce. Sprinkle w/ sesame seeds.
