This does take 1 1/2 -2 hours merinate time in Fridg. We made this with soy sauce no peppers or green onions and it was awesome =) Also used lemon peel instead of orange. I like that you can change it around and its still a great flavor. We also used brown rice and have used fried rice both work well. =)

2 Tbspall purpose flour

1rynolds large oven bag
-
1/2 corange juice
-
1/2 cteriyaki sauce/or soy sauce

1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

3garlic cloves minced
-
1 tspgrated orange peel
-
1/2 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
-
2lbs beef top round roast 1 inch thick
-
1/4 csliced green onions
-
hot cooked rice your choice
How To Make orange teriyaki beef roast

1Shake flour in Reynolds oven bag. Place in 13x9in or larger pan at least 2 in deep

2Add orange juice, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, garlic,orange peel and crushed red pepper to oven bag. Squeese bag to blend in flour. Add beef to bag. Turn bag to coat beef with sauce.

3close oven bag with nylon tie. Marinate the beef in refrigerator 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

4Preheat oven to 325 Cut six 1/2 in slits in top of oven bag. Tuck ends of bag in pan

5Bake 35 - 45 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 145 (do not overcook) Thinly slice beef. Stir sauce. Serve with sauce and over rice. If desired. Sprinkle with sliced green onions (optional)
