This is so yummy! You can add just about any veggies to it or you could use chicken. Give it a try, you'll be amazed. Does NOT taste like tomato soup at all. We like to double up on the sauce at our house.

How To Make orange beef
-
1Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until it's well browned and the juices evaporate, stirring often. Push the beef to one side of the skillet.
-
2Heat the remaining oil in the skillet. Add the pepper and onion and cook until they're tender-crisp.
-
3Stir the soup, orange juice, soy, vinegar and garlic in a sauce pot and and cook through until it's reduced by about half. I usually double up on these ingredients because some in my house like it more like a "gravy" on top of the rice.
-
4Stir sauce in with meat and veggie mixture and serve over cooked rice.
