Ingredients For orange beef stir fry

1 lbround steak, cut into 2" strips (**note: you can substitute london broil or sirloin steak if you like)

1 Tbspcornstarch

coarse-ground salt and pepper

2 Tbspvegetable oil

1 lbbroccoli florets, broken into small pieces

1red bell pepper, seeds and ribs removed, cut into strips
- MIX TOGETHER:

1/4 cfresh-squeezed orange juice
-
1 Tbsprice vinegar
-
1 Tbspshoyu (soy sauce)

1 Tbspbrown sugar
How To Make orange beef stir fry

1Cut pepper into strips, broccoli into florets. Set aside. Cut meat into strips.

2Squeeze orange juice, mix with vinegar, shoyu and brown sugar. Set aside.

3In a medium bowl, toss beef with cornstarch, season with salt and pepper.

4Heat skillet over med-high heat. Add oil and half the meat. Cook until very brown, remove to plate. Add remaining meat and cook till brown. Return all meat to skillet. Add broccoli, bell peppers and orange juice mixture.

5Continue cooking over med-high heat until sauce thickens, 3-4 minutes. Serve over rice.
