Ingredients For open-faced roast beef sandwiches

1 lbdeli-sliced roast beef

8 sliceprovolone cheese

2 smbaguettes or hoagie buns

1tomato, thinly sliced

4 slicered onion, thinly sliced

deli mustard with horseradish

salt & pepper
How To Make open-faced roast beef sandwiches

1Preheat broiler

2Cut baguette in half, lengthwise & toast in Toaster Oven for 3 minutes.

3Place toasted bread on baking sheet. Spread on mustard, then add onion, tomato, roast beef and provolone cheese. Season with Salt & Pepper.

4Broil for 1-3 minutes, 6 inches from the heat source until the cheese begins to bubble & turn brown.
