My nieces and nephews love making and cooking these on the grill. These burgers are so tender, juicy, and a cheesy gooey center. Perfect for that Summer BBQ.

Ingredients For onion colby jack cheeseburgers

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    lipton's onion soup mis
  • 2 dash
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c
    water, cold
  • 1 c
    colby jack cheese, shredded

How To Make onion colby jack cheeseburgers

    Combine Soup mix, ground beef, and water.

    Shape into patty and take a pinch of shredded cheese and place in middle of the patty. Make another patty and place it on top of the patty with the cheese and seal the edges. Repeat steps until you have 8 patties formed.

    Place on hot grill and cook to your preference.

    Serve as usual with all your favorite trimmings and condiments: lettuce, tomato, bacon, mustard, ketchup, and enjoy!
