Ingredients For one pot hamburger stroganoff

  • 1 Tbsp
    oil
  • 8 oz
    mushrooms
  • 1 c
    diced onion
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 tsp
    salt and smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 12 oz
    mini penne pasta
  • 4 c
    beef broth
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped parsley

How To Make one pot hamburger stroganoff

    Heat oil in a large skillet. Add mushrooms and onion and cook 3 to 4 minutes. Add garlic cook 1 minute. Add the beef and season with salt, paprika and pepper and cook until no longer pink.

    Add the Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Add the beef broth and bring to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook until pasta in al dente. Reduce heat and stir in the sour cream.

    Remove from heat and stir in the parsley.
