Ingredients For one-pan taco casserole

1/2 lbground beef
-
1 can15 ounce hunts tomato sauce
-
1 can15 ounce chili beans, undrained
-
1 can3 ounce french fried onions
-
1 ccrushed corn chips
-
1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
-
2 cshredded lettuce
-
1/2 csour cream
-
onions chopped (optional)

may substitute tomato soup for sauce, but add a small amount of tomato juice or 1/2 cup to 1 cup salsa
How To Make one-pan taco casserole

1Brown beef. Drain. Add tomato sauce, chili beans and half of the french fried onions. mix well.

2Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Add chopped onions if using half way through cooking time.

3Stir in remaining french fried onions and corn chips. Remove from heat. Sprinkle lettuce around edge of pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. Serve with sour cream.
