old fashion chili mac my way
I used to make this when my boys were in school its cheap and sticks to your bones. They have long gone and I wanted to open some old doors. You can also bake this in a 9*13 pan and then put your cheese on to melt. Or if you are in a rush throw it into a crock pot. I love this dish haven't had it for a long time. Sorry the pic I took was so late that's all I could find left. Sorry I did not take pic early but I'm sure you can see what I'm talking about. Hope you like it

Ingredients For old fashion chili mac my way

28 ozdiced tomatoes with juice

2 cspicy v-8 juice

1 Tbspchili powder
-
2 tsporegano, dried

1 cankidney beans, drained

1/8 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

2 lblean ground beef, browned
-
10 ozlight fluffy wide egg noodles
-
1chopped onion
-
1 stalkcelery plus 2 inside stalks with leaves

1large green pepper
-
heaping tablespoon of fresh garlic
How To Make old fashion chili mac my way

1Boil your egg noodles and set aside. Bring all ingredients to a boil then simmer for 45 minutes with lid on. If u like it hot then add jalapeños in this mixture. Keep checking on this cuz everyone's stove works differently. Stir every 15 mins.

2When u have reached 45 mins. then carefully fold in your noodles. Leave lid off and warm noodles up at least 12-15 mins or so.

3Some of my family like to melt mozzarella cheese or some like sharp cheddar on top, its your choice.
