How To Make ~ now that's some tasty meatballs ~
-
1In a medium bowl, add the first 9 ingredients and blend just until everything is incorporated. I use my fingers.
-
2In a large skillet add about 1/4 cup of oil and turn heat to medium - med high. Roll meatballs, about the size of a golf ball. Place in hot grease and using a large spoon, turn as they brown. Once all are browned, drain on paper towel...
-
3Place the meatballs into your favorite sauce ( I sprinkle with a little shredded parm.) and simmer for about 20 minutes, making sure meatballs are completely cooked in the center. Serve with spaghetti or are delicious in a meatball hoagie!
