Barb and Dad prefer this recipe. Apparently from the very original year of the Better Homes and Gardens cookbook? I had to come visit to get the recipe from her! Lol While in NC in June 2019, she also requested new potatoes and carrots around the meatloaf before baking. I got 6 med new potatoes and about 3 large carrots, but they sold pieces out of bags, so 6 small pieces of the thick end would be about 3 whole big carrots. When it came time to cook, she had me put it in a casserole dish deep enough to put everything in with the lid...like my Longaberger casserole, but bigger.

How To Make no work meat loaf, barb and dad

1Mix. Make loaf. 350 degrees about 60 minutes.

2I used 2 1/2 lbs beef, added the 2 eggs, 16 oz tomato sauce, salt and pepper, and almost 2 1/2 cups more stuffing.
