mom's beef stroganoff

Throw it in the crockpot in the morning, turn it on low - will be ready to eat when you get home and your kitchen will smell soooooo good! We love this served over egg noodles. To make this without a crockpot. Mix all ingredients, cover and bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours.

Ingredients For mom's beef stroganoff

  • 2 lb
    stew beef
  • 1
    envelope of onion soup mix
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    10 1/2 oz mushrooms
  • 1/2 c
    red cooking wine

How To Make mom's beef stroganoff

    In a crockpot add stew beef, onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup and red wine.

    Drain can of mushrooms and add to mix.

    Cook all day in crock pot. Serve over noodles or rice.
