Ingredients For nick's first place chili

3 lbsirloin (cubed, or london broil beef or tri-tip steak)

4 Tbspvegetable oil

6 ozsausage
-
14 ozbeef broth
-
8 oztomato sauce
-
6 ozsnap e tom (tomato & chili cocktail juice)

6 ozbeer
-
11 Tbspchili powder
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 Tbsponion powder
-
1 Tbspcumin
-
2 tsptabasco sauce

salt to taste
How To Make nick's first place chili

1Saute beef in oil. Fry sausage till done and drain well. Put beef, sausage and one half can of Beef Broth in your favorite chili pot and bring to slow simmer.

2Add 8 oz. can of Tomato Sauce, Snap-E-Tom, 6 ozs of Beer, 6 tablespoons of Chili Powder,1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder, 1 tablespoon of Onion Powder,1 teaspoon Tabasco Pepper Sauce and beef broth.

3Simmer slowly for about an hour and 30 minutes or until meat is tender.

4Add the remaining 5 tablespoons of Chili Powder, 1 tablespoon of Cumin,1 teaspoon Tabasco Pepper Sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes, Salt to taste.
