Ingredients For stuffing "stuffed " meat loaf

1medium onion chopped

3/4 cdiced celery

3 csoft bread cubes

1/2 cwater
-
2eggs, beaten

1/3 cdiced green pepper

1 Tbspsalt
-
1/2 lbground pork
-
1/2 lbground beef

1/2 ctomato juice
-
2 Tbspmelted butter
How To Make stuffing "stuffed " meat loaf

1To make dressing: brown in 1/4 cup fat, onion and celery. Mix with: bread cubes,water, eggs,green pepper and salt. Mix: ground pork and ground beef together.

2Pat out 1/2 of meat mixture into a 10x5x3 loaf pan. Cover with the dressing. Then top dressing with the rest of the meat mixture.

3Bast with tomato juice and 2 Tablespoons melted butter. Bake at 350 for 1- 1/4 hours.
