When my children were small...my Son wouldn't eat Hamburgers but loved Pizza and my daughter liked Hamburgers AND Pizza so I invented this little concoction to satisfy them both! Calling it "Cheeseburger pizza" made it acceptable for all! My babies have their own babies now...and they STILL love it.! I hope your family loves it too!

Ingredients For nanabb's cheeseburger pizza pie

  • 1 lb
    ground chuck, cooked and drain all grease
  • 1/2 c
    kraft cheez whiz
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    kraft miracle whip (no substitutes)
  • 2-3 slice
    velveeta cheese
  • 1 can
    pillsbury tender flake biscuits (not buttermilk)

How To Make nanabb's cheeseburger pizza pie

    Lightly coat a deep dish baking pan with Pam. It will take 10 biscuits to make a crust. Divide each biscuit in to 2 layers and line the pan. Then press the dough together evenly until you get a crust. Bake on 350 degrees for 12-17 minutes until brown.

    In a deep skillet brown 1lb of Ground Chuck and drain ALL of the grease off. Turn heat on medium and stir in 1/2 cup of Kraft Cheez Whiz until thoroughly melted . Next stir in 2 heaping TBSP Kraft Miracle Whip until its blended well.

    Pour Ground Chuck mixture onto the crust and spread evenly . Slice Velveeta Cheese into long strips and place on top of the pie. Turn your Oven on Broil and put the Pie in the oven...ONLY long enough to melt the cheese slices. Cut and serve. (if you prefer you can garnish with lettuce, tomato and onions)
