This chili has several version, one with Verde sauce and white beans and the other my mom use to make.. To this day it brings so much comfort and memories.. It take so little time but make so much.. I make it the quick and easy way. otherwise it would take 4 hours.. And I don't have 4 hours to wait for anybodies chili...lol

Ingredients For nana' s.o.b chilli

2 lbground lean beef
-
6 canchili beans
-
1 jarpace salsa
-
1container of xing ( chili starter)

1 cankidney beans, canned

1 smonion, chopped
-
1 smgreen and red bell pepper
-
1/2 Tbsppaprika, sweet mild

1/2 Tbspcumin
-
1/2 Tbspgarlic
-
1/2 Tbspfresh coarse pepper

1 csour cream( garnish)
-
1 ccheddar cheese (garnish)

1 Tbspoil
How To Make nana' s.o.b chilli

1In a large skillet, add oil; onion , bell peppers and garlic cook until garlic brings out it fragants. Place in a bowl and set, aside.

2In the same large skillet cook the ground beef until no longer pink, drain and pat dry. Return meat mixture and the veg mixture to the pan, then add the cumin, 1/2 cup of salsa and paprika. Simmer for 15 minutes to blended flavors..

3Meanwhile in a large cooking pot. Add beans, remaining salsa, starters mix. Along with three can of water ( use the chili cans). Combine meat mixture t the pot and simmer for 45 minutes... Serve with sour cream and cheese on top..
