This NACHO recipe is so tasty and has a bit of a kick to it. It is fantastic for the season spring or summer especially when you combine it with cucumber water.. the Pico really adds a refreshing taste to it.

Ingredients For nacho's

  • 2 lb
    hamburger extra lean
  • 2 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 bag
    tortilla chips
  • 2 jar
    nacho cheese
  • 1 md
    pico (container)
  • 1 bag
    lettuce shredded
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 1 pt
    guacamole
  • 2 can
    black olives sliced

How To Make nacho's

  • 1
    First brown hamburger, remove any excess grease, then add taco seasoning.. turn off meat to cool
  • 2
    Use any nacho cheese you prefer, heated or not.

    Heat Tortilla chips on a foil lined cookie sheet at 375* for 10 minutes.

    Place Tortilla chips on your plate or bowl. Then the cheese on top, add the meat on next, guacamole, dabs of sour cream, lettuce, Pico, and finally the olives. Enjoy!

    You can add jalapenos if you like.
