Ingredients For nacho casserole

2 Tbspolive oil

1/2 lbred bell pepper & green bell peppers, diced

1 lbground beef
-
1/2 tspgarlic salt

1 canrefrigerated pizza dough (i use pillsbury)

1 jarpineapple salsa (or your favorite)

3 cshredded mexican cheese
-
1 cansliced olives (2.2 ounces)

3 lgscallions, sliced
How To Make nacho casserole

1Preheat oven to 375*. Spray 13x9 inch baking dish In a large skillet, brown ground beef with peppers and garlic salt, cook until peppers are softened. Drain excess fat.

2Roll out pizza dough and cut into 2 inch bite size pieces. Add the dough to a large bowl and mix with the salsa. Add the ground beef mixture, 2 cups of the shredded cheese, and the olives. Pour into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with scallions and bake 5 minutes longer. 9 points per serving
